Commencing with the 2003 batch of cases, SCAD introduced a new product feature before the reporting proper of the cases.
Each reported case now bears a Case Digest that is assured to be helpful especially to law students. The Case Digest follows
the typical classroom recitation format comprising of a concise narration of the Facts, a clear identification of the Issues,
and a simple analysis of the Ruling.
4. Easy-to-Use Doctrinal Subject Index
Each volume contains a doctrinal subject index on major subject areas with corresponding case citations, G.R. No.,
date of promulgation, and pages where they are found. The feature is indispensable for all users -- practitioners, judges,
